The making of the first collection

Back in 2024, I was travelling around Australia, moving from town to town with almost everything I owned in a van. My days were shaped by saltwater, long drives, teaching Pilates, surfing whenever the conditions allowed, and finding beauty in living with less.

Throughout that time, I was always searching for the same thing: something versatile enough to move with me. A garment I could swim in, teach in, travel in, and feel beautiful wearing. Something that could keep pace with a life that rarely stayed still.

Around that same time, I came across a line in a book that stayed with me:

This will be the making of you.

What felt uncertain then became one of the most formative periods of my life. Looking back, Moody Suits was born from those miles travelled, those places explored, and the quiet decision to trust the path unfolding ahead of me.

A collection inspired by movement, in all its forms

It’s a tale of growing slowly in a world moving fast. A reminder to not only move, but live with intention and purpose. To create thoughtfully, rather than endlessly.
