Shipping policy

Every Moody order is carefully packed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Rates and delivery times
• Australia, standard: free, 5–8 business days
• Australia, express: $15, 3–5 business days
• New Zealand: $15 flat rate, 3–5 business days
• United States: $35 flat rate with duties and taxes included, 7–14 business days

Orders are packed and dispatched from Perth, Monday to Friday, and we'll email you once yours is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and public holidays.

Checking your address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email customercare@moodysuits.com.au straight away, and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery estimate, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll follow it up with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if it was lost or damaged in transit.

Once tracking shows a parcel as delivered to the address given at checkout, we can't be responsible for it going missing after delivery.

Returns and exchanges
Returns are free within Australia, and exchanges and orders placed using store credit ship free within Australia too. Outside Australia, a flat $10 shipping fee applies when we send an exchange or a store-credit order. See our Refund policy for details.
