Moody Suits is operated by [legal business name] (ABN [ABN]), based in Perth, Western Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Moody Suits, and "you" means anyone who visits moodysuits.com.au or buys from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

Our products
• We make our suits in small batches, so stock is limited. If an item sells out after you've ordered it, we'll contact you and refund that item in full.
• We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but they can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Please check our size guide before ordering. Returns for change of mind are covered by our Refund policy.

Prices and payment
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Payment is taken at checkout using the options shown there. We never see or store your full card details.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price or with a mistake in its description, we may cancel any affected order and refund you in full.
• Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless we say so, and can't be applied to an order after it's been placed.

Orders
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't deliver to your address. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't be excluded. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
