Returns for store credit or exchange

Every Moody collection is produced intentionally in small batches to minimise waste and encourage thoughtful purchasing. For this reason, we produce in limited runs to avoid overstock.

Please note: for exchanges or orders using store credit, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies to the second outbound shipment.

Return policy guidelines

• To be eligible for a return, items must be received in their original condition, unworn & unwashed. Garments must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, fragrances and any other signs of wear.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
• Please fold your garment with care and package it securely in its original packaging where possible.
• We recommend obtaining a tracking number when lodging your return, as Moody Suits cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Unless the item is faulty, damaged or an incorrect item was supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Loss or damage

We take great care in preparing every Moody order for shipment. However, once an order has been dispatched, responsibility rests with the shipping carrier. Moody Suits cannot accept liability for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit, or after delivery has been confirmed.

Faulty items

Under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll gladly arrange an appropriate remedy. Please carefully follow care instructions, as the item will not be exchanged if the item has been wrongly damaged due to wear and tear.
